All Keepin' It Keto products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.
Defective or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Sizing Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. We are not responsible for items ordered in the wrong size.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.
